Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unused tools in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, bits, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Label and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
